Our Certificates
The presence of treated, synthetic, or imitation gemstones on the market has never been so strong, and with the demand for gemstones continuously increasing, this situation will only worsen. In this context, buying without a certificate is synonymous with risk. Make sure of the nature and condition of the gemstone you sell or buy; only this way will you avoid problems and disappointments.
Monaco Gem Lab issues certificates adapted to diamonds, colored gemstones, and complete jewelry with this perspective in mind.
You can consult the exhaustive list of these certificates, as well as the rates we will offer you.
Diamond Certificate
The diamond certificate includes all information concerning the gemstone spectrometry as well as of course the "four Cs" (color, clarity, cut, carat weight).
With this precise information about the diamond's qualities and any possible treatments, it is easy to obtain a price for this stone.
DiamCard
The simplified DiamCard certificate only includes information concerning the "four Cs".
It is ideal for small diamonds, online sales, and the presentation of unmounted gemstones in display cases.
Colored Gemstone Certificate
All information is easily visible whether it concerns the nature of the gemstone, its weight, its dimensions, any possible treatments, and its origin (if possible).
As in the case of diamonds, this is an analytical certificate, which means it presents all spectrometric data.
GemCard
The simplified GemCard certificate includes the main information excluding spectrometric data and origin.
Again, this type of certificate is particularly interesting for small or low-value gemstones, online sales, and the presentation of unmounted gemstones in display cases.
Passport
The passport is a report that describes a complete piece of jewelry, from the metal used, to the number of gemstones, and their legal name.
The condition of the jewelry is precisely described and a valuation of the jewelry can be provided upon request.
